Make your Secret Forest Walk complete with a stay at Secret Forest House.
Combining a walk with a stay would make for a memorable visit.
I’ve been a secondary teacher for twenty five years, as well as chief nurturer of Secret Forest Walks, but am now exploring other pursuits. Making use of my home for guests and walkers is a new and enjoyable direction.
The house is sustainably designed and sits on an acre of garden and native plants and trees. It has plenty of natural light.
It’s located only a few minutes drive from Daylesford. There are scenic walks into town via Lake Daylesford. I cook most evenings and use vegetables from the garden in season. I’m happy to cook for guests as well, for a modest fee. Toast and tea/coffee for breakfast is complimentary.
The room is quiet and comfortable, with a Queen bed and has access to a sunny deck. There is TV/DVD and Wi Fi available.
The bathroom is right beside you.
Stays are for a minimum of two nights and a maximum of three. The room is currently priced at $66 per night.
As a long time resident of Daylesford, I have plenty of knowledge about events and places from a local perspective and I’m very happy to provide ideas and suggestions for your itinerary. I can lend my mountain bike if I’m not using it.
I’m quite friendly and enjoy hospitality.
You can book the room through AirBnb at-www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/16233960
Or book with Brendan directly.
